About Us

Krishi Vigyan Kendra is an institutional project of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) to demonstrate technology generation, technology assessment and refinement and dissemination in the field of agriculture and allied sectors. The KVK, Surat was established in March 2012. The Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Navsari Agricultural University is situated at Athwa farm, Vesu canal road, near Panas and Vesu police station, Surat. The KVK has been charged now to take up the responsibilities of technology evaluation and impact assessment, demonstration of technology on the farmer’s field of Surat district and update of the knowledge and skill for the farmers.
